Have you heard the latest?
Baby Boomers are ruining it for the younger generation by 
refusing
to retire, thus we're taking the jobs they would have gotten if we would just
get started on our life of perpetual golf and early-bird
specials.
Now here's the real
scoop...
According
to a
September 2012 report from the Pew Charitable Trust, it's not true
that older folks are taking jobs away from younger workers, primarily because
older workers' jobs require more experience and knowledge than younger workers'.
In essence, younger employees wouldn't qualify for our jobs until they gain
those extra skills & experience, which will take years.
And there's more. Even if we were to exit the job market
en masse tomorrow, there's another reason kids wouldn't be in line for our jobs...
