You are a woman with power and purpose. You want to make a difference and make great money doing it. You are a change-maker with a great idea, and need a little help to grow it into big change.

You’re ready to launch and lead yet … These are the thoughts that crowd your head:

How do I start?

I have a full-time job - how can I make the time to make change?

Who would EVER support me? I’d be doing it alone.

I can’t let this idea go - I HAVE to take action. But I’m afraid!

I must be crazy to think I can actually make a difference.

Self-doubts and questioning are natural. Stepping into the unknown territory of making change can be daunting. Moving out of the shadows to be visible as a leader who stands for something can be scary.

But don’t let those thoughts stop you from doing what you are meant to do!

Here are my responses:

-- Start from where you are, get some help, and take it step-by-step.

-- No matter how broad your vision is, it’s possible to make the time to make a difference. Some of the biggest changes start in the smallest of ways.

-- You don’t have to go it alone. You can learn how to build the allies and team to support you.

-- Know that there will be some fear and discomfort in stepping into the unknown and taking risks. But the rewards are well worth it!

-- No, you’re not crazy! It is not crazy to want things to be better, to help others heal, to have that precious sense of fulfillment from doing good. Your contribution, whatever it is, will make a difference.

I encourage you to listen to the voice that is whispering (or perhaps shouting!) YOU ARE NEEDED, that your special experience or talents or personal story are exactly what is needed to make the change you feel the urge to make.

I believe that the world is ready for change. And we are the ones to make it happen.
