How often have you reached out to a company - having reviewed their web site - only to be met with a totaly unfriendly automated phone answering system OR sent in that 'contat us' form and had a routine bounce back but no tollow up!

You are missing the opporutnity!  It takes a while for that person to actually reach out - recognize that, be receptive, be easy to talk to and show them you want that business.
