of Hurricane Florence.
Now, here's what we can do today to save lives and measurably create a
happier, healthier, and more peaceful planet. 1st: please forward this to

Beginning NOW, begin to breathe deeply, slowly inhaling thru your nose, and
gently releasing thru your mouth. You might like to close your eyes.
As we are centered allow the energy of your navel / sacral energy center to
grow. See it expanding with each breath. Know these words: I Am Love; I
Love, I Am Loved. I Am Love; I Love; I Am Loved. I Am Love; I Love; I Am
Loved. See this beautiful energy now rising to your heart and from there
allow it to rise like a beacon of LOVE thru your ceiling, your roof top and into
the heavens. See it rising higher and higher.
Now, watch as it is intersected by another beacon; and then another; and
then another... We are not alone. And watch what happens as the heavens are
now aglow with the light of love. See our beautiful planet bathed in this
light, in this love. And watch as those in every city, every town, every where
are blessed with this love.
See them in every office, in every car, in every bus, in every hall way, in
every living room, in every kitchen. See the peace that blesses all. Now
shift to every village and witness the love as it bathes every person in every
field, in every store, in every car, in all places. In all places see love on
every face, in every heart and watch it shine. We Are One. We Are One. We are
One.
Continue to breathe deeply as we feel the peace that passes all
understanding, and know that we are centered in Love. Now, become aware of the
energy of Florence. She has been very angry. See her being greeted with our
energy of love. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. We are
grateful for everything Florence has taught & given us, and know that her
work is done, as we see her harmlessly shifting her path.
And so it is.
