I've always had the entrepreneurial bug and I'm guessing
many of you are the same. When I decided to launch my current business two years
ago, I knew it would have its ups and downs and I would be challenged. As a yogi
and health conscious business owner, I knew self-care would need to always be my
priority. It has been (most days!) and I credit it with fueling my
work.
It is possible
to build your business and practice self-care at the same time. I want your
business to thrive as much as you do, which means you need strategies and tips
for self-care!
Here are my 5
Favorite Self-Care Tips for Entrepreneurs:
1.
Shift your mindset around self-care. You have to take care of yourself
in order for your business to thrive.
2. Become a time management
ninja! Set specific times for when you’ll start and stop
work.
3. Spend time away from the screen. Give your senses
a break and create boundaries around when you will respond.
4. Find
a co-working friend and support network! In-person connection and
accountability buddies are key.
5. Create a daily ritual.
Shower. Get Dressed. Journal. Meditate & Move!
