What attracted me to the Polly Wogg Gallery in Hudson was the fact that it had a labyrinth. The only other one I've been to in the area is in Passe Grille at the front of the Beach Community Church.
If you've never walked a labyrinth, a maze-like path that takes you on a
moving meditation, it's worth trying. The experience normally takes
20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the labyrinth, and often
provides clarity and perspective around challenges. It can also be a
fantastic prayer experience or a way to reflect and find peace.
This labyrinth, composed of 500 rocks, had something else that drew me to it.
