The events of 2020 & 2021 rocked MY world beyond anything I could have imagined.

In addition to the pandemic, political unrest, and worldwide financial uncertainty, I became the sole caretaker and healthcare guardian of TWO family members who were dealing with two very different illnesses on opposite sides of our area AT THE SAME TIME.  With daily hospital visits, literally being on-call for months, and not knowing what would happen to my mom or my brother from one day to the next, I was unable to accept any new speaking engagements or shows for over a year, which also put a giant strain on my finances and ultimately my own health.

Even with everything I knew, understood, and taught, I was truly struggling to find some kind of light at the end of the tunnel and to get back to moving forward, as with the current circumstances it felt like there was no end in sight – but in the absence of light, I somehow found the strength to be able to create my own.

I reached out.  I got quiet.  I carved out time whenever I could to get out in nature, and bit by bit, I discovered a combination of tools that changed EVERYTHING and that helped me truly get back to moving FORWARD in ALL areas of my life.
