Wheels of Success’ Road Trip 2019 Celebration Rescheduled to Accommodate Pending Exciting Announcement
The planned February 22nd event is being rescheduled to late spring 2019 in anticipation of an exciting announcement.
“While non-profits typically jump on opportunities to raise funds, we are taking more of a ‘good things come to those who wait’ approach to our event right now,” said Wheels of Success CEO and Founder Susan Jacobs. “This rescheduled journey of our Road Trip celebration will be well worth the wait for our sponsors, attendees, and especially for those we serve.”
The unique event, themed around a fun and exciting road trip throughout the United States, will evoke memories and dreams about the open road and journeys of a lifetime. A special celebration of the organization’s 15th year, there will be great entertainment, regional cuisine, and silent and live auction items, most centered on road trips and travel. The annual R.A.C.E. Hub Cap Awards will also be part of the evening.

ABOUT WHEELS OF SUCCESS
Wheels of Success, in its 15th year of presenting donated cars to working families, is approaching the presentation of its 1000th donated car in a few weeks.
Wheels of Success presents agency and employer-referred working families with a reliable and repaired car, which enables them to have consistent transportation to work, keep their jobs and advance in their careers, buy enough groceries at one time to feed their families instead of buying only what can be carried by hand, participate in their children’s activities, and get to and from medical appointments. Wheels of Success provides a way for working families to be independent and self-sufficient.
Wheels of Success also assists others with limited funds to purchase reliable vehicles and obtain repairs of their own cars through its social enterprise, Automotive Buying Center (ABC).
For more information and to donate a car, please contact Susan Jacobs at 813.498.0115.
