2) How close to a person must the sales person be "invited" to begin to establish trust?
3) Is the best seating arrangement across from your client or prospect?
4) Did you know you have to "read" posture, positions, gestures and and distnace all at one time to understand the sentence?
5) Don't take body movements out of context . . you will get the wrong message.
