I have spent much of the last couple months doing something I have never done well on my own. I have gone inward allowing myself to FEEL more vs. THINKING more.

The goal is to deal with some past issues that have long been suppressed, masked by humor, avoidance, and mindless busyness. Since I have spent much more time alone, reflecting, meditating and deciding what is important and what no longer serves me.

I have discontinued some toxic relationships, both personal and professional. Though I feel the loss of what is known and comfortable. I am confident the future brings much more and better opportunities.

In a very short time I can already see the changes develop WITHIN me and not outside of me.   Can you relate?

One of my experiences was from the SOUL institute in San Diego who summed up Clarity as well as I have ever heard it. It is so true. I am good at taking concepts and wording them to its simplest form for everyday use.

On commitment – the first step to success in any thing.

·      Choose to commit. This is a conscious decision.

·      Commit to take action, moving in the direction you want – see obstacles as stepping-stones and not roadblocks. Avoid what doesn’t serve you in your committed course.

·      Take ACTION – no matter how big or small. You must move towards your committed goal.

When I think back on any success or failure usually one of these 3 simple concepts was missing.  When I did achieve success, it was because of the sum of these 3 points.

Life is the journey – I have heard that many times but we must remember to bring along the most important of all relationships – and that is of our true authentic self.

I plan on continuing to reflect, meditate and go inward to meet my true authentic self. Doing what serves my higher good and being. Success will follow as it usually does. Only this time I will enjoy the journey more deeply.
