Don’t

Most
of we women have not been formally trained to be leaders, and have been left to
figure out how to be an effective leader on our own. This often means we’ve had
to work around the “accepted” image of what a leader looks like — a model that
isn’t natural for us and, in fact, has made us LESS effective, and perhaps LESS
successful in our work.
I
created the Awaken the Leader: Leadership Training for a New World
program to address this problem in two major ways:
- Teach
the Comfluence™ mindset that allows people to bring in BOTH their
strongest masculine and feminine qualities into their leadership style.

the skillset needed for more effective leadership, i.e.,:
How to
activate the vision that will guide you and your team forward
- Leadership
skills in time management, planning, self-motivation, communication with your

to build the relationships that will accomplish your vision
- Ways
to handle setbacks and disappointments and to keep on-track with your goals
- The
benefit of support and connections from fellow students and our team of experts
Awaken the Leader: Leadership Training for a New World
program is a 16-week online training, starting January 2021, which includes
leadership curriculum, live training and masterminds, and 1:1 Q&A and
coaching from me or one of our trainers.
My
personal “why” for this program is that I
don’t want to see any woman with a fire in her belly to be blocked from
success because of society’s mixed messages about how women are expected
to behave as leaders. I’ve worked so hard (over more decades than I’d like to
admit!) to overcome leadership roadblocks. I’ve been given so much by powerful
women who have shared their wisdom and opened doors for me. Now, I want to give
back in all the ways that I’m able.
