What is on your mind?

Isn’t it interesting to watch ourselves being dictated by what we think others think about us? I find it fascinating to watch my mind swing from I am a brilliant person (then I feel I must act intelligent at all times) to I am the scum of the earth (then I wander why would anyone want to listen to me) in a matter of seconds.

The secret to this dichotomy is when I get a thought I evaluate the thought. If it is a thought that is for my highest good I allow it to continue it’s process. If it is not for my highest good I dismiss it saying something like I no longer believe that way.

Because when we allow our lesser thoughts to remain in our minds we don’t allow space for better thoughts.

Why is this? Consider this: Possibly we don’t think anything better will come to us so we stick with what we have and are comfortable thinking about. Simply remember the definition of insanity: doing the same thing and expecting different results.

It is your choice. This is the true meaning of freedom of choice that Jesus and many other Masters shared with us.

What is on your mind? Let’s explore together.
