April 4, 2020.
A date forever etched into my story. The day I “released” and sold our sanctuary, my dream home that was a beautiful cabin in Evergreen, Colorado. Since 2013 it had been filled with love, laughter, and memories with my kids, family, and dear friends.
But it was taken from us.
Not by fire. Not by flood.
By meth contamination.
I had rented the home for just one year while healing from a serious health event. Ninety days later, the tenant was caught cooking meth. The toxins spread throughout the home, over 230x Colorado’s legal safety limit.
Insurance didn’t cover it. There was no insurance coverage. There were no No safe remediation options possible acceptable for me. Accountability was a legal battle leaving me houseless. I was forced to sell our beloved cabin at a devastating loss fully disclosed and fully contaminated.
Months later, it was “generously offered” back to me for about double what I had received. Still contaminated. Still toxic. And now not required to be disclosed.
That was my transition point.
And the beginning of my next mission.
Today, I am not just looking back. I am moving forward.
We passed legislation in Colorado SB-23-148 which has made a public database available
We teach education through CE classes, workshops, and presentations, conferences
We offer tools for deterring and early detection such as revolutionary smart Meth Alarm
We advocate for others who have been adversely impacted with guidance & resources
This is legacy work preserving health and wealth today and for generations to come. And there is more work ahead.
Here’s How You Can Help:
?Know someone in civic leadership, public policy, property management?
We’re looking to connect with realtors, inspectors, property managers, legislators, and state housing/public health officials.
?Know a group that needs this education?
We offer certified classes. We’d love introductions to organizations, brokers, homeowner associations, or event hosts and property investors. Learn more or take a class: methtoxinsalliance.com/classes
?Spread the word about the revolutionary smart Meth Alarm.
We represent this smart device that can deter usage or give early alerts reducing testing and clean up costs before meth toxins harm someone’s health or destroy a property. It is a game-changer!

No one should have to live my story. Not without guidance and support and not without warning.
Thank you for standing with me.
In gratitude,
