We accept and encourage donations that support special
diets and/or the specific chronic conditions of our neighbors. Food donations
that are high in protein, 100% whole grain, low or reduced sodium, and low sugar
will make the most nutritional impact. We welcome donations of non perishable
items in their original, sealed packages. This allows us to ensure the safety of
products for those we serve.

EXTRA-LARGE SUITCASES!
We collect them to fill with food, health care supplies,
school items, and flip-flops for education and elder communities in Belize. The
suitcases are left there to store items in their school or home.
