What do you do when you feel like you don’t have enough?

Hey it’s me staci b!

Authority Magazine interviewed me on the topic of why so many of us don’t feel like we have or are enough.

I have to tell you, after reading the questions - most of which are jumping off points for a thesis, I felt completely overwhelmed. The thoughts of not being enough, of not being someone whose voice deserved to be heard on these issues were LOUD. It took me three weeks to navigate both the questions and the feelings the experience brought up for me.

But I did it! I am thrilled with how it turned out because I allowed myself to be raw and authentic, unafraid of letting my naked belly show (metaphorically speaking, of course) and it will be published next week.

They also asked me to do a video that outlines my five suggestions for what to do when you don’t feel like you have or are enough. I’m giving you guys a special sneak peak before it’s live. Just click on the picture below.

True story: I did several takes I was happy with, but noticed while watching back that the tape holding the cape together had loosened and I had a very R-rated mannequin in the background so I had to do it over!
