3 Hall of Famers Come Together To Help You Win

My Sirius XM show guests this week are two Hall of Fame legends!

One, Coach Tony Dungy, is in the Football Hall of Fame. He is the first African American to win a Super Bowl and one of only a few people who have Super Bowl rings as a player (with The Pittsburgh Steelers), and as a coach (with the Indianapolis Colts).

He is now on NBC Sports as a lead commentator and is the author of the best-selling book, Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices, and Priorities of a Winning Life. And he is in demand as a speaker across America.

My other guest, James “J.B.” Brown, is a Hall of Fame broadcaster and an Emmy-winning television host. He is the host of “The NFL Today” on CBS and "Inside The NFL" on Showtime.

J.B. has hosted the Super Bowl nine times and has even hosted the CBS Evening News a number of times! He is the author of the book, Role of a Lifetime: Reflections on Faith, Family, and Significant Living, and is a co-owner of the Washington Nationals Baseball Team.

• Be Uncommon! Never settle for average! There are two ways to be uncommon: be born with superpowers (which are rare), or do what others could do...but don’t!

• Anyone can be excellent, but very few are willing to do the work it takes to achieve that excellence!
  
  
• Everyone can get better...it’s a choice!
  
  
• To Win Big, it takes: Expectation (think like a champion), Execution (not just thinking, but doing it on a daily basis), No Excuses, and finally, No Explanations of why you didn’t get it done!

• Personality is who you are when the spotlight on. And character is who you are behind closed doors!
