INNER CIRCLE PAGE
As many of you know, we JUST completed our maiden voyage of sharing our
very first "100 Years of Music" show, and with the completion of one adventure,
a new journey begins!
While doing my research for the show, I discovered a true passion for music
history, along with SO many amazing facts and unsung heroes. Through we were
only able to honor a small sampling of the architects of the soundtrack of our
lives, I knew I wanted to do something special to give credit where credit is
due, so I decided to create a dedicated page to be able to tell more of their
stories, along with a glimpse "behind the curtain" into the process of creating
the show.
I'll be adding many more songs and details as we go forward (as well as
video footage!), so if you'd like to jump in the music time machine to discover
some hidden treasures and fun facts:
If YOU love the idea of bringing this show (or any of our live music acts)
to your next festival or fab venue, reach out to:

ARTISTS &
PROJECTS THAT INSPIRE ME:
After doing a bit of research for artists & song-writers of the 1920s,
I followed a series of breadcrumbs that led me to revisit "Funny Girl," a film
that was inspired by the life of vocalist/actor/comedienne, Fanny Brice. Though
the story did not have the happiest of endings, I was again mesmerized by
getting to hear and witness the brilliance & prowess of one of THE greatest
female vocalists of all time, the incomparable Barbara Streisand.
In addition to putting her whole heart and soul into every piece of music
she has ever touched, the silky richness, clarity, beauty, power,
expressiveness, emotion, swagger, and unbelievable level of vocal control that
is her signature is a feast for the senses for ANY fan of the human
voice.
Here's one of my fav show-stopping classic Streisand tunes (from "Funny
Girl" 1968), "Don't Rain on My Parade," that is all about living life to the
fullest!
