  3. Be Concise: Keep your materials streamlined and easy to read. Use bullet points, bold headings, and short paragraphs to make your information easily digestible.

  4. Use the Right Tone: Avoid industry jargon and buzzwords that don’t mean anything to event planners. Instead, use clear, professional language that reflects their priorities.

  5. Include the Essentials: Your name, contact information, topic descriptions, testimonials, and past clients or events should all be presented in a way that’s visually appealing but not overwhelming.
