It is a fact that people could showcase their expertise by being seen on stages, on billboards, social media or TV talk shows or video blogs. These people could be heard on debates or interviews. They could be a guest expert or host their own radio or podcast shows. Their message(s) could be heard worldwide via their own audio book(s).
It is not a truth that they could not be known as the expert.
It is a fact that people with expertise did not broadcast over a radio, but it was not a truth that they could not.
