We were all born with talents and when we are engaged in those activities we are happy. When we are doing other tasks they seem to take forever to complete and we feel exhausted.

How long did it take to find out you don’t have a sales & marketing team, an accounting or product development department or customer service representatives or anyone to trouble shoot for you? Then you wake up one day and realize all these hats you are wearing don’t give you any company benefits or paid holidays or vacations.
Now what do you do? You don’t want to get another job; you probably are no longer employable.
