Going the extra mile to bring joy to someone else is worth it every time. Agree?

As an individual or an organization, how can we go the extra mile?

Here are a few ideas...

1) Smile and make eye contact with someone.

2) As Dale Carnegie stated, saying a person's name is the sweetest sound to them. So use their name.

3) Thank someone with a handwritten thank you note or card.

4) Shout out great people on social media. Like Ahmad Imam, Cory Warfield. Yaagneshwaran Ganesh, Bob Burg, Chester Elton, Joanne Weiland, Chantel Soumis, Bill Dolan, Dr. Sumit D. Chowdhury and many others.

5) Help out someone, or call a friend to encourage them.

So many ways you can brighten someone's day and do just a little more.
