If you are in a service business you are your brand. You are the CEO...chief excitement officer. If you do not have passion for your brand, how can you expect anyone else to feel passion/excitement for what you do? If you are not tooting your own horn...without being a "blowhard"... how will anyone know what you do and how you do it?
Are you living your brand everyday in everything you do? In services, we are only as good as our last interaction. If you have a staff do they understand that they are the brand? You need to spend as much time marketing internally as marketing externally to build and maintain your brand. So you can deliver on your brand promises.
