As a faculty member, program manager, and executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, Dr. Karen guided leaders from new managers to C-suite executives. She also served as a co-facilitator and program director for Teen Wisdom Inc., certifying teenage girl life coaches. Moreover, Dr. Karen served as the Head Coach for Recalibrate360, with a pivotal role in certifying individuals in the life-altering realms of Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnotherapy.
