Practitioners lose a *lot* of income because they don’t know how to explain what
they do with simplicity and ease. It’s not uncommon to ask someone what they do,
and while that coach or practitioner might present a lot of information, there
is still uncertainty as to how they actually help people or what problem they
solve. This translates to potential clients or referral sources not knowing if
they want to hire them or how to even refer clients or patients to
